ICQ のマーケティング責任者 Yael Gavon 氏は、
ICQ Universe を無料サービスとして提供し続けると言い、
次のように述べている。
「わが社の場合、これを収入に結び付ける方策を考え出す必要はない。
広告およびパートナーとの提携という、
わが社にとって普通のビジネスモデルが Universe にも適用される。
そうです。

インターフェイスは快適。
Flashで出来ている。
