●＜ソーシャルテレビ＞ネットフリックスがグローバル展開を開始、まずカナダへ進出

　見逃し放送やドラマ、映画をネットから（ＤＶＤのメール貸し出しも）有料サービスのネットフリックスがストリーミングのみのサービスでまずカナダに出ます。

まず英語サービスですがその後フランス語もサービスされます。世界展開がはじまりました。（日本に日本語で来て頂ければ、９ドル以下で映画やドラマが見放題ですが。）

Netflix announced that it is expanding its operations to Canada, bringing its Watch Instantly service of streaming TV shows and movies to our neighbors in the North.

This is Netflix’s first expansion outside of the U.S. and will mark the company’s first streaming-only service offering (i.e., it has no tie-in with the traditional disc by mail rental program) to customers.

Netflix has flirted with international expansion in the past, however, its plans were previously scrapped in order to focus on its core US market.
