●＜ＩＴ経営＞　エンジニア文化に偏ったグーグルは多様性に欠けて滅びる！！？

テッククランチの記事ですが、JP Morganのthought leaders dinnerで賢者の１５人中１２人がグーグルは次世代のマイクロソフトと述べて参加者を驚かせたそうです。
あまりに単純に成長しすぎた。大きな戦略が無い。優秀な連中がどんどん辞めている。エンジニア文化に偏っていて、多様性が無い為、エンジニア以外は育たない。などです。ピータードラッガーまで応用して人に対する理解が足りない会社だと指摘しています。

　まあ、ソーシャルメディアはグーグルでは無理でしょう。
