●＜CES2011＞　ViewSonicがボクシーのプラットフォームでスマートテレビを出した！！

ViewSonicがボクシーのプラットフォームを使ったスマートテレビを発表しました。ボクシーボックスと同じように Intel’s CE4100 processorを使っています。

　ボクシーボックス、アイオメガに続いて３社目ですね。　２０１１年第二四半期に出るそうです。

　面白いのはボクシーのソフトウエアライセンスは無料なんだそうです。

ViewSonic surprised CES goers with their Boxee-enabled Smart TV, which makes use of Intel’s CE4100 processor (the same one used in the Boxee Box). No official word on price, but the Smart TV is set to launch Q2 2011. Hopefully, by the time the TV is ready, customers will see the default Boxee UI theme preloaded and they’ll be able to access Boxee alongside live TV (it’s unclear from this video if it does or not). Interesting side note, Boxee’s Avner Ronen tells PCWorld that Boxee is free for TV OEMs to license and build products on.
