　ＣＮＥＴの記事ですがアップルがuniversal remote patent が話題になっています。テレビだけではなくリモコンも革命が起こります。
これはアップルテレビ用と思われますが、universal remote patentはtouchscreenにより家の中のあらゆる機器のコントロール＝テレビ、ステレオ、照明、MP3 player on a user's computerなどが目的だそうです。（もと記事はアップルインサイダー）

　テレビリモコン（否ｉＰａｄの変形リモコン）からテレビだけではなく、スマートハウス、ホームオートメーションを狙っているのでしょうか。

The concept was revealed this week in a new patent application discovered by AppleInsider. Entitled "Apparatus and Method to Facilitate Universal Remote Control," it describes a touchscreen-based controller that would reduce the confusing clutter found on current universal remotes.
